• Account Info: Your name, email, and profile photo if you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Health Data (Anonymized): We do not save your full lab results or the AI-generated summaries. We only collect the name of the test (e.g., "Complete Blood Count") and the timestamp for analytics. This data is not linked to you.
• Payment Info: Payments are securely handled by RevenueCat. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous data about how you use the app to help us fix bugs and improve your experience.

How we use your data

• To securely log you into your account.
• To process your lab results and generate AI summaries (the data is deleted immediately after).
• To securely email you a PDF report if you request it.
• To analyze trends in lab testing (using only anonymized test names).
• To occasionally send you a monthly newsletter with progress and updates about the app. You can opt to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes. The only third parties who handle your data are essential service providers (like OpenAI for AI processing and RevenueCat for payments) who are contractually obligated to protect it and only use it to provide their service to us.

Our AI and Security

We use trusted AI services like OpenAI to power our summaries. All communication between your device and our servers is secured with end-to-end HTTPS encryption. Your lab data is encrypted on your device and only decrypted temporarily to create your PDF report.

Your Rights & Choices

• You can request to have your account and personal data deleted at any time.
• You cannot use the app without an account.
• You can choose to save reports locally to your device instead of emailing them.

Your Account

You can sign in with Google or Apple to unlock all features. You agree to use Labmate responsibly and lawfully.

Data & AI Interpretation

• As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your lab results or AI summaries.

• AI interpretations can sometimes contain errors or inaccuracies. Use the information as a helpful starting point, not a final diagnosis.
• You use the AI features at your own risk. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the app's output.

Payments & Subscriptions

Payments for premium features are managed through RevenueCat and are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We plan to add M-Pesa support in the future.

Intellectual Property

The Labmate app, its design, code, and content are the exclusive property of Docspace Technologies. Please do not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our work.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes within the app. Your continued use of Labmate after changes means you accept the new terms.
